The company guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability, and the legal provisions existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement and/or government regulations.
An arrangement offered by the company, manufacturer, or importer as a guarantee does not affect the rights and claims that the consumer can assert towards the company concerning a shortcoming in the fulfilment of the obligations of the company based on the law and/or the distance contract.
